## Products supplied

- Rice & Grains: basmati rice (1121, 1509, Pusa, Traditional; raw, steam and sella), non-basmati rice (Sona Masoori, Ponni, IR64, Swarna, long-grain white, parboiled), specialty rice, wheat and wheat flour, maize, millets, pulses. Packs from 1 kg to 50 kg, private labelling available.
- Fresh Vegetables & Fruits: onions, potatoes, garlic, ginger, green chillies, okra, gourds; bananas, mangoes (Alphonso, Banganapalli, Kesar), pomegranates, grapes, papaya, coconuts. Shipped by reefer container or air with phytosanitary certification.
- Edible Oils: sunflower, palm and palm olein, soybean, groundnut, coconut, sesame (including cold-pressed), rice bran. Refined or crude, in bulk or packed form.
- Clothing & Apparel: knitwear, woven garments, workwear and uniforms, kidswear, private-label manufacturing.
- Home Furnishing: bed linen, bath linen, kitchen and table linen, curtains, cushion covers, rugs and carpets.
- Ayurveda Products: herbal powders (ashwagandha, turmeric, moringa, triphala, amla), herbal and massage oils, extracts and raw herbs, private-label options.
- Industrial Minerals: ilmenite (TiO2 50% and above), rutile (TiO2 95%), leucoxene (TiO2 75% and above), other heavy mineral sands. Certificate of analysis with every lot.
- Jumbo Bags & FIBCs: U-panel, circular, four-panel and baffle bags; Type A, B, C and D; food-grade; ventilated; UN-certified. Safe working loads typically 500 kg to 2,000 kg.

## How an order works

1. Understand: full requirement captured (product, specification, quantity, packaging, destination, delivery date, certifications).
2. Source: best-suited producers identified and shortlisted.
3. Sample & confirm: samples or specification sheets shared for approval.
4. Agree terms: written quotation and contract covering price, Incoterms, payment, timeline and quality parameters.
5. Produce & inspect: production followed closely and inspected before dispatch; third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) on request.
6. Ship & document: logistics arranged and complete export documentation prepared.
7. Deliver & support: shipment tracked to arrival, with support afterwards.

## Quality and documentation

Written specifications are agreed before production, with pre-shipment sampling and inspection. Documents provided depending on product and destination: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, certificate of analysis, health certificate, inspection certificate.
